STEP 1

Document Unitization

Identify the Each document start from large volume of images

STEP 2

Document Grouping

After unitization Land records grouped by its type

STEP 3

Document Indexing

Land records were fully indexed by our data entry team. Full indexing means that we manually typed all index fields from the images (Party Names, Recording Date, Document Type, partial or full Legal Description).

STEP 4

Image Cropping

Cropping involves deskew, Rotation & removing wanted part of document. Separate the multi-document in single image.

STEP 5

Image Combine, Split & Renaming

Image combine is done using Document unitization process. Image Renamed using book & page (or) Instrument Number which is available in the image

STEP 6

Redaction/Masking

SSN & License Number are redacted from the image.
